Spa Policies

First Visit

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow time for check-in and preparation for your treatment.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Guests who cancel or reschedule reservations before 24 hours of their appointment time are granted full credit at the spa. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the service time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced. Last minute cancellations will be charged a $25 rebooking fee.

Late Policy

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but may not always be possible. Service time may be modified or your facial type may be changed to avoid delays for other guests. Appointments late by 15 minutes or more are canceled with a 100% credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day and subject to availability.

Payments & Gratuity

The spa accepts Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Care Credit as payment.

Special Conditions

Please notify our receptionist before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, are pregnant or have any allergies to fruit, vegetables or herbs.

Prices Subject to Change

We are constantly updating and expanding our services and strive to keep our website and menu prices updated. Please be advised that prices and services are subject to change.

Service Refunds

We will be happy to fully refund you on most facial packages from the spa within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days we are unable to give any refunds, however you may transfer your facial package to any family member or friend at your request. All purchased packages have no expiration date and can be used at anytime. If you have started using your package and request a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, you may only receive a refund based on the original facial price.

Product Refunds

The Company agrees to refund only 80% back to the client upon compliance with the following regulations: (1) An original receipt must be Submitted along with returned products; (2) The product must be returned in person within 10 business days of purchasing; (3) Refund will be given in the form the purchase was made; (4) Product/s must be in original packaging, and not have significant visual damages or substantial usage (1/4 original content); (5) All or any products sold at a sale or discounted price are marked as final sale.
