Spa Policies

Our office is conveniently located and accessible via all major roads. Our doctors and staff take great pride in offering exceptional services. Our office fully utilizes the state-of-the-art equipment. We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements.

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans. We also accept payment from most PPO and indemnity plans. Please call us to make an appointment and we will answer any questions you may have.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. For your convenience, we have arranged a payment plan through a third party, which helps you receive your treatment in a timely manner.

Appointments

We strongly advise guests to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for registration/check-in and preparation for your treatment. We require a $25 deposit (sometimes up to 100% deposit) for all appointments that are made without vouchers or packages with the spa.

Late Arrivals

Arrival after 15 minutes, may affect the allotted time of the service. Your facial type may be changed to avoid delays for other guests. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time but this may not always be possible. For all customers we understand many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic, finding a parking spot…etc. So please plan accordingly.

Late Cancellation/No-Shows

Guests are responsible for lateness and no-shows. If you are a no-show to your scheduled appointment your deposit will be redeemed for that session and you will not receive a refund. Guests who cancel or reschedule reservations before 48 hours of their appointment time are granted full credit at the spa.
